The administration structure of AGENDA is
as shown below:

Three
levels of operation: National Secretariat (Centre); Regional
Chapters; and Working groups/committees. |
National
Secretariat |
The
Executive Chairman heads a management team that ran the day-to-day
activities at the Secretariat. At the moment the National
Secretariat is organised as shown in the above diagram.
|
Regional
Chapters |
Are
established in regions where there are AGENDA members or a
significant project/activity. The Chapter leaders are answerable
to the Secretariat. The Chapters are intermediaries between
the national and community levels and provide backstop to
the EC. The Chapters have capacity to hold meetings in the
respective areas and discuss on issues relevant to their circumstances.
|
Working
Groups |
The
working groups are small groups of specialists in specific
fields/professions brought together to carry out specific
activities in their respective sectors and/or areas. AGENDA
has developed databases of members and resource persons who
are called upon for special assignments |
